The NOJOS continuum matches the intensity of treatment and supervision to each youth’s assessed risks, needs, strengths, and circumstances.

Azucena provides:

Level 1 - Psychosexual Education

Structured education designed to help youth and their caregivers understand healthy sexual development, personal boundaries, accountability, emotional regulation, safety, and healthy decision-making.

Level 2 - Outpatient Sex-Specific Therapy

Specialized outpatient therapy for youth who need targeted clinical treatment in addition to psychosexual education. Treatment may address accountability, risk management, healthy relationships, emotional and behavioral skills, safety planning and family support.

The appropriate level of service depends on the youth’s individual assessment, treatment needs, and referral circumstances. Parents, guardians and referring professionals may contact Vida Serena for a general conversation about services and availability.

Please do not submit clinical, court or other confidential information through the public contact form.
